Wrong orders

B-Spoke products are made from time to time. This allows us to have some flexibility in production management. If you realize that you have made an incorrect order, you can change the order by communicating it to bspoke85@gmail.com within 2 days from the original order (please insert in the message the order identification code that you find in the order confirmation email).


Replacement requests or returns will be accepted only in the event of defective goods upon receipt with B-Spoke charges. In this case, please send us an email to bspoke85@gmail.com with the details and photos so that we can activate the return procedure.


Shipments are completely free and paid by B-Spoke.
